Tom is an expert in the digitization of business processes and currently serves as Vice President at ServiceTitan, the leading provider of management software for home and commercial services. He brings significant owner-operator and M&A experience to Point 41, having previously bought, built, and sold several HVAC and plumbing services companies. He also worked closely with Horizon Services, a leading East Coast provider of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services, on the integration of its add-on acquisitions and the development and implementation of its continuous improvement programs, including the digitization and automation of critical business processes.
Tom received a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
