Dale Barnhart

Dale is a seasoned executive with 45 years of experience in global industrial manufacturing.  His experience spans a range of industrial sectors including filtration, HVAC and aerospace, as well as a wide variety of diversified engineered components.  Prior to joining Point 41, Dale was CEO and President at Lydall, a global specialty materials and components manufacturer.  While at Lydall, he grew revenue from $300 million to $837 million and tripled EBITDA from $30 million to $90 million.  He has also worked with several other companies including Synventive Molding Solutions, Invensys, Wolverine, Copeland Corporation and BF Goodrich Aerospace.

Dale received a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
