Hasan Amjad

Hasan joined Point 41 in April 2025. Prior to joining Point 41, he was a Senior Associate at Incline Equity Partners, where he evaluated and monitored investments in the value-added distribution and services sectors. Prior to Incline, he was an Associate at GoldPoint Partners, where he focused on underwriting private equity fund commitments, equity co-investments, and junior debt transactions. Hasan started his career within the Industrials Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Hasan received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
